Before work begins
If you cancel before any work has started, your payment is refunded in full. Contact the email address on the Contact page with your order number.
After work has begun
Once drafting has started, a partial refund may be available reflecting the work already completed. The proportion is assessed against the stage the project has reached.
After delivery
Because each document is prepared individually for one person, completed work is not generally refundable. Revisions are included instead, so the final document reflects your experience accurately.
Revisions first
If you are not satisfied with a draft, raise it during the revision period. Most concerns are resolved through revision, and this is the fastest route to a document you are happy with.
How to request a refund
Send your order number and the reason for the request to the contact address on this website. Requests are reviewed and answered within five business days.
